Work Description: Replace windows, caulk all windows exterior, weather strip 2 doors, repair one gate and replace one gate, repair bathroom cabinet.
Comments: I gave them a $1,000 deposit that he said was for material (?). I hired them and gave them a check on 12/10/13 and all they have done is caulk the exterior of the windows and the job is absolutely awful! Their web site says they are reliable but I can not get them to show up when they say and there is always an excuse. The windows have not been purchased yet and he said Friday 12/20/13 that the company he purchases them from was taking inventory and he would pick them up at about noon. He has not showed up nor has the windows. I have called them a number of times and they will not return my calls. They say that they do the work to the satisfaction of the customer but it has not happened. I wish you could see the mess they have made of my house. My husband is a disabled veteran and has lost both legs and is not able to get out and do any of this work. They stole my money and will not do the work. They are shysters! I sure would not list them as a reputable company to work for me! I only used them because of your site and now I do not have any money to have the work done and when it rains it will rain into my house and cold drafts will come in. What do you plan on doing about it?-
