Work Description: Uncapping a gas line and installing a cut off valve and gas line for dryer.
Comments: Overall I think they are a good shop. My marks on quality would have been higher if the first person to come out would have taken notice at how far the gas line coming out of the wall was sticking out after he installed the necessary pieces. I could not put my dryer back far enough to close the laundry doors. I had to call the company back and have a tech come out and put a 90 degree piece on to be able to scoot my dryer back. If the first technician had noticed that this was a possible issue then everything could have been done the first trip. But overall the effort to have another technician come out and fix the problem right away even on a Sunday was great. For an hours worth of work I thought the price was a little high but then again I've never had anyone come out to do this before so I don't have a great comparison.
