Comments: Mark stated that the waterproofing for my basement is 25 years warranty but within one rainfall my basement was full of water. I sent him the pictures, text messages and multiple calls with no response. He made me to sign the contract and until today he has not handed over the signed contract. The work was initiated in the month of April. His guys damaged my property land, concrete and gutter pipe and I keep begging him for more than five months to fix the issues and Mark is ignoring my messages and calls. He cheated me with huge amount of my years hard earned money. He has no time to fix the problems but he definitely had time to come and receive only cash. I wouldn’t trust him and his company for any projects. He doesn’t care about the customers issues. He cares only about the money. I wouldn’t recommend him for anyone.Bridgeport CT
