Work Description: Last-minute Saturday move-out clean up
Comments: They did an excellent cleaning job very last minute on a Saturday morning when we moved in to our apartment because we took over the previous owner's lease who hadn't done any kind of cleaning. The apartment was gross, and after the cleaning, it was as good as it could be. The ladies spoke perfect English and cleaned the entire place from top to bottom including walls, cabinets, and windows. I was pleased with the service but shocked that it cost $400 for half a day of cleaning with two women.

Work Description: I am a general contractor and Marcos has installed ceramic tiles, done some carpentry, and a little bit of everything.
Comments: Marcos does good work for me. I am satisfied with him.-
