Work Description: Replaced 3 PEX fittings, as a preventative measure, in the easily accessible attic.
Comments: Jordan A. Thompson, dba Jim Smith Plumbing, dba Jordan Andrew Construction charged $570 for an uncomplicated, preventative replacement of 3 simple PEX fittings. Surveillance video confirms the tech was at my home 2 hours and 39 minutes. They charged $24 for the 3 PEX tees. That works out to $202/hour...OUTRAGEOUS. Mr. Thompson was argumentative, insolent, and VERY unprofessional, including using foul language. Jordan A. Thompson gives contractors in Naples a BAD NAME!! Save your hard-earned money and find an honest plumber.Naples FL

Comments: Jim Smith plumbing came out on a Saturday and replace out water heater. To our surprise they did not charge an overtime rate for Saturday afternoon. We will be using jim smith plumbing again in our future.Naples FL

Comments: Jim smith plumbing came out on a Saturday to repair my leaking water heater. To my surprise they had the heater on the truck. Within an hour it was all changed out. Thanks for the great service!!Naples FL

Work Description: The plumber was kind and worked well, however, the product is cheap. When we explained that it is not the same grade and sturdiness, the plumber noted that it was the same product. We are very dissatisfied with the faucet. It's like plastic and flimsy. Too much money spent on something that should be less than $100.
