Comments: Had an appointment for a quote between 9 AM and Noon. Never showed up so at noon I called his office and was told "he's running a little behind" which to me means closer to noon than to 9AM. I was then told he was still in a town that is at least 2 1/2 hours away from where I live. I should have received a phone call alerting me to the delay or to reschedule, but I just cancelled the appointment as this company seems un reliable.Howell Township NJ
