Comments: Excellent, excellent, excellent! Hire him! Mr Maddy showed up on time, brought everything he needed, troweled the entire ceiling quickly and beautifully (after popcorn removal). A light knockdown applied next. All drywall repaired and then prime/paint the entire unit. A bit of trouble communicating, but well worth the final result.
