Work Description: Clogged toilet
Comments: After examining the problem. The tech explained what the options were and what steps he would first take. After attempting to unclog the toilet with an auger, he explained that that was unsuccessful and that replacement was necessary and the cost. It cost me nothing, but it was very helpful in finding the problem and preparing for the nest phase.. Thank you very much
