Work Description: Repair wobbly floor tile
Comments: Juan Vasquez performed exceptually skilled work accomplishing several home projects. First, he removed a wobbly floor tile, built up the tile base, and replaced and grouted the tile. In addition, he did expert work in painting a patio bench. He took the initiative to give the bench a second coat. Furthermore, he replaced the mail-box, wooden post. He bought the post, stain, and concrete for the expert replacement. I was especially pleased with Mr. Vasquez's work. He went above and beyond what was expected, worked efficiently, had a great attitude, and charged reasonably for excellent quality work.McLean VA

Comments: Juan is the best and most trustworthy contractor that I have ever met. I initially hired Juan to repair my deck (which looks incredible) and while working this job, Juan discovered that the entire back left side of my house had been water damaged due to an improperly installed window (still in litigation with Window Nation to recoop my loses). Juan was there every step of way and made sure that my house was well taken care of. Throughout this whole process, Juan became family and told me on multiple occasions that he is treating my house like he would treat his own because that's what family does. I have referred Juan to all of my coworkers. My wife is a realtor and has also referred Juan to tackle numerous jobs for her clients.
