Comments: Sean and his crew did an excellent job repairing and replacing some fascia around the house and did an excellent job painting. I have been getting compliments on the paint job.the crew and Sean always has shown up when they said they would. I would highly recommend them. In fact my neighbor was impressed with the work he hired them to do his house. The prices are reasonable and Sean is straight forward with you.

Work Description: Master Bath upgrade
Comments: Upgrade master bath. Contracted in March 2022 and paid half down so he could purchase materials. Demo work finally started in July. Crew would come over and work for a couple of hours and leave. Wouldn't see them again until I would call to see when they would be back. Again the same thing - work a hour and then go to "lunch". When they came back, would pack up and leave.Work was shoddy and I have them redo a lot of it. One of the employees told me that "you just have to accept some things". Finally had to purchase the shower door as Sean never ordered it and then told me that it would be a year before he could get it. I went online and ordered it that day and had it two weeks later.
Shower never drained properly and left water standing on the floor for hours after it got wet. The first time the floor was installed, the installer left the floor 1/8th inch below the drain. Made them tear it out. After making them replace it 4 times, Sean told me that he was going out of business and to find someone else to finish it.
I would not recommend for any jobs and would not recommend any of their workers for employment.

Comments: So far they have done a good job. Sean did the inspection and we agreed on the cost for the project and told me it would be about 3 weeks before they could begin. Sean called back a few days later and asked if he could bring his crew earlier than expected. They came out on time and got to work. As they were working, they noticed a spot on the roof they almost broke through. Sean requoted the cost to include replacing a portion of the roof.we agreed with his assessment and work will proceed with the work on the original 3 week out schedule. As of this review the 3-week time has not come yet.

Comments: Contracted to have kitchen cupboards painted and paid half down at the time. Paint chips off cupboards on a daily basis. Workmanship not equal to the cost of the project, by far. Comments: Signed on with Sean in July with a $500.00 cash to secure he would build a outdoor room add on. Then gave him &5500;.00 more on August 6 , half down work would start end of September permit and concrete down before. This is The middle of October and nothing has been done. Asked for more money but we denied that and now we want our money back which he doesn’t have. He has until Monday October 25 ,2021 to return it in full or we will proceed with legal proceedings. $6000.00 is a lot of money for doing nothing. Permits and concrete should behave already been done.Contractor agreed to refund in full
