Tony has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of roofing and fencing. Tony has also taken many courses on the subject of roofing, so he stays up to date with current trends.

Comments: Initially promised a through job and were quick but refused to honor their warranty when leaks continued. I have complained to BBB, FTC and the State Attorney General. Lux changed addresses and simply continued business while I still have a leaky roof. Do not use this company.Houston TX

Comments: Ordered serveral doubled paned windows from Lux Roofing, Tony Lux, proprietorAfter installation, two of the windows developed failed seals.
Tried contacting Tony numerous times via text, emails and phone,
Never received a response.
I was very disappointed with the level of customer service from this company and Tony Lux
All I wanted was the windows to be replaced since they were under warranty. After several failed attempts in reaching Tony
I made arrangements to reorder replacement windows along with finding an installer.
It is very obvious customer service is not a priority.
I will not do any future business with this company nor would I recommend

They installed a new 3000 sq ft Roof, 3200 sq ft of new LP Smart Siding, 2900 sq ft of new Gutters, 21 new Simonton Windows, 5 Doors including 2 French Doors, Painting all the new siding, Decking, Interior Remodeling with new sheetrock in 2 rooms and painting 6 rooms. They did an unbelievable job completed our entire remodel job in 4 weeks. I would reccomend to anybody.

Comments: About three months ago I had some storm chasing company knock on my door wanting to look at my roof. The man claimed he could get my insurance company to pay for the roof, so i went along with them. Little did i know this roofing company claimed to have multiple offices all over the state of Texas, which I found out later wasnt true. After a big, long, hassle with my insurance company they finally paid for my roof and advised me to call a different company. So i did my homework and ended up contacting Tony Lux at Lux Roofing Systems, Inc. a LOCAL Houston area contractor. Tony was probally the easiest and most proficent contractor I have ever dealt with. We are so happy we didnt have those other "out of town" storm chasers do the work. The best advise I can give to other consumers is beware of companys claiming to have multiple locations, this is code for storm chasers. They will do the work and you never see or hear from them again. Thanks again to Lux Roofing Systems
