Not only was he willing to come to our residence late at night, but he was extremely certified in answering any and all of our questions. He was quick to find the root of the issues with our electrical outlets and wiring. Both my wife and I enjoyed his work and highly recommend him to anyone with electrical issues. Comments: Like the other one star rating, Ray was the rudest contract I have dealt with in 50 years. Installed panel looks like a monkey did it, used wrong breakers & when purchased the correct ones after he PROMISED to pay me for them + 2 extras, he refused to pay! Should have called the police. He left gapping opens between the panel box & drywall & refused to correct. I wouldn’t use this clown to change a light bulb!!!!If I could give him a negative star rating, it would be -10.

Comments: Ray quoted a small electrical job. He got lost, was nasty to me on the phone when he called for directions, even though he was texted the address the day before. He showed up late and with a big attitude, arguing about the work before even seeing it. He then said he would not do the work today when he promised yesterday he would. He tried to change the price of the job and was argumentative about the pictures of the job, even though he asked 10 questions on the phone to understand the scope of work ahead of time. He finally left in a rage, screaming and swearing and told me to hire someone else. Do not hire Ray; he has a awful attitude and completely lacks professionalism.Buffalo NY
