Comments: Besim and his work partner arrived at scheduled time, assessed the work that I needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He was detailed in explaining would be done, said he would provide the necessary materials including several gallons of paint, and that furniture and hard wood floors and the carpeted stair case would be protected. We settled on the final price of the job as well as date for the project of repairs and painting to be done. They were available to begin within two days after our innitial meeting.
The day of the actual work, Besim and the workers arrived promptly and proceeded to cover all floors and the carpeted stair case.
This project took two days and we are very satisfied with their professional job. They paid attention to details, were very neat and always polite to deal with. I would highly recommend Besim and his company and hire him again in the future.

Work Description: Interior Painting-1 to 2 rooms

Comments: I hired Loyal Renovation, Inc. one of the companies that was suggested to me by this website. Besim arrived with his partner, evaluated and explained what and how they would proceed to work. We settled on the monetary estimate and time that this project would require. I hired them and within the two days my rooms looked better than new. Besim and his crew arrived promptly, covered all furniture, wood floors and carpeted staircase. All supplies needed were provided by the contractor and included in the estimate. Job was done well, neatly and professionally. His workers were knowledgeable and attentive to details. My project is now completed. I will hire Besim again for any of my future projects.
