Comments: I live in Seattle, and was looking for a electrician in the New Braunfels area. Came across your website, talked with Betty in customer service, who was very understanding. I explained my situation to her that I needed someone to service my parents house who are in the 70's, then bill me afterwards. They were quick to respond, troubleshooted the problem, and called me after it was all said and done and explained what they repaired and the billing in detail. Comments: I had no sooner asked for quotes that Lowrry responded with a phone call. A time was set up and the electrician appeared on time and ready to work. This company believes in quality customer service. I am still waiting for the other three to contact me. I no longer have a need for them because Lowry has all my business from now on.
