No one showed up and they didn't even have the courtesy to call and cancel. Don't waste your time they obviously aren't serious about their business and don't care about potential new customers.

Work Description: Water damage and mole mediation....
Comments: I see the ratings and it makes me wonder are they talking bout the same Chase Welch? Maybe there is SOME PEOPLE he does right by and SOME PEOPLE he don't. Me and my husband are African American seniors Maybe that's who he take advantage of but I got to worn PEOPLE. We were told later by another contractor that we would have to sue him like others have had to do but it was after the fact. Because they broke our fireplace surround granite and now he won't return our calls. If we can help someone and spare them the hell CHASE WELCH with LOVE REV MINISTRIES have put us through for 5 months now then we want to do that by telling them PLEASE find someone else more professional. Don't let him talking bout Paul in the Bible or God or calling himself a minister or telling you and your spouse that he Loves y'all because y'all are "GOOD PEOPLE" deceive you. There is a special place in Hell for PEOPLE like him!! I was really taken back in the beginning when he told us we had to leave our home because the mole level was too high for us to even breath the air. So we had to go get a hotel but when he asked us to meet him at our home the next day and give us the reading he said wear a mask because it was so dangerous but he showed up with his little boy and the child went into the house with him... Without any mask. He had us meet him everyday afterwards with his own son NOT WEARING a mask inside our mole infected home. If he don't give a damn about his own kid.. Or maybe it was a lie about the mole but he wore a mask!!! Well that was a BIG RED FLAG. That's not the end!!! His kid was with him when he brought all the contractors that was suppose to do the rebuild side of our home because all mediation and water damage was finished. The flooring guy was standing by the breakfast bar and the pipes in the kitchen coming up out the floor where the water leak was that caused all the damage in the first place and yes it had been a long journey, going through the slab to find and get a plumber to fix it, Mole mediation, living in a hotel for almost a month but now his little boy as usual was just... Running around unattended , but it wasn't the kid that caused damage as you would think. The floor man puts his foot on the pipe and breaks it. Water goes everywhere. Mind you this is the professional he has working with him there is another break in our pipes... Seriously!? They start accusing his little boy jokingly asking him... Did you do that... He says noooooo not me?! Seriously!!! Let's go back and add up monies they got paid to break our kitchen pipes, break our fireplace granite, steal our broom and dust pan and break the shovel and not replace it... So petty after all the monies he was paid! Did I tell you we found the shovel broke... And taped up ourselves and we Just couldn't find our broom and dust pan.... They took it. Found that granite round the fireplace was cracked on our own.... They never told us and probably wouldn't have! People of God... Seriously?! He is more like a worker of eniqity for the devil to make people... "Good People" targets for WICKED PEOPLE like him! Maybe they didn't get paid enough to take care of these issues they created!???! Lets see.... $14,000 dollars for water damage and mole mediation. Paid to LOVE REV MINISTRIES/chase welch. $300.00 .... To the plumber... Cashier check made out to CHASE WELCH himself and $5,000 dollars to Kyle, the professional he used to remove moisture out of concrete but the $5,000 cashiers check was made out to Love Rev Ministries/ chase welch like all other cashier checks. Except for $300.00 for plumber. That was made out to chase welch himself. Therefore all monies are documented at our bank Navy Federal!! The reason he got cashier check for plumber is because me and my husband had an appointment to take pictures so chase said he would pay plumber for us the day he came out and the next day we gave him the cashier check. We KEPT OR WORD BUT CHASE HASN'T KEPT HIS!! Remember it was him and his guys that WALKED OFF WITH our broom and dust pan, broke our shovel and granite What we got for our money was his guys not having their own simple tools. I didn't mean to write a book but if anyone has something good to say about love rev ministry please you have my email I would love to hear from you because the last time we heard from chase was before Thanksgiving and he said he would be finished with our reconstruction for thanksgiving.... Ask me did he? NOOOOO!!!!! And he hasn't answered the phone for us and it goes straight to voicemail and "ofcourse" the voicemail's full!!! So we can't even leave a message. So maybe you, who have had such a good experience with love rev MINISTRIES can tell them to do the right thing and REPLACE OUR BROKEN FIREPLACE GRANITE. We have another contractor now to do reconstruction that our insurance company sent but chase welch is responsible to fix the granite his guys cracked on our fireplace. Our insurance company has told us to take the next step and they will assist all they can and we will if need be but the BBB needs to put them out of business on so many levels for so many reasons. If anyone wants to join in pursuit or in need of witness please contact Mr. & Mrs. Perkins 706-617-1808... Only one thing he didn't lie about... We are "Good People" AND that's why I wanted other Good People that love rev ministries may have taken advantage of to know we can join together and to fight back together. We can help each other. He gave me a very fair price and was positive the entire time. They came out the same week and were done in less than an hour!
