We perform 30% of our work in our Maintenance Division for residential clients Handyman needs and for commercial clients tenant improvement and maintenance needs. In our Remodel Division we perform Additions, Remodels of Kitchen & Baths and whole homes, Pre-sale Spruce-ups and Repairs and work with Investors to perform FLIP home renovations and remodels. With a very strong background in Roofing and Roof Leak Detection and Building Speculation homes as well, we have solutions and idea's for most any clients need or desire. We are middle-of-the-road priced and only employ seasoned journeymen on our projects.
