Work Description: I kept blowing the fuse to my a/c despite rerouting all the other equipment to other fuse locations.
Comments: Needless to say, the situation was dire. Last night, I was getting rather exorbitant rates just to get someone out here.Fredy was the first one to respond this morning. I was concerned about the cost, but he assured me that he was willing to work with me on the price.
He fixed the problem by replacing a wire that was not suitable for the problematic fuse. Not only did he not charge me for that, he gave me a $25.00 break on the house call.
After which, he pointed out a hazardous defect that was totally unrelated and offered to come back and fix it free of charge.
I can't let him do that without compensation, but I'm so glad my asshole friend never got back to me.
My friends suck. You have to use this guy.
