Comments: The Tech gave my daughter a 520$ estimate for a "control board replacement" for a Samsung VRT washer 4E code. I came home, opened the washer cap and found the hose leading to the pressure switch disconnected! Obvious fix. I almost bought a new 800$ washer. Asked for a refund for an incorrect diagnosis, no call back..stay away from these guysForest Knolls CA

Work Description: The dryer needed a new heating element. Alex came and verified that it was indeed the heating element that was the problem. He ordered the part and installed the part a day later. He also cleaned excessive lint from inside the machine.
