Work Description: Install new replacement hvac unit

Comments: The owner of this company Tres Rowlette will rip you off! Do not do business with this company!
Installed a new unit in April. Aux heat never worked. Called him for 8 months to get it fixed he ignored my calls and my text for months the only way I could get him to answer my calls was to call from a phone that he didn’t recognize. Then he would proceed to lie and tell me how he was working on it.
The week of Christmas it got down
to 10 degrees. I called him from another phone and he answered i told him I needed this fixed immediately so my family would have heat for Christmas. He continues to lie and never fixed it. I had to hire Ellis Air Conditioning in Cedar Hill to come out and fix it. You can imagine my surprise when the technician opened the unit and began to laugh!! There was never a heat kit installed at all by Tres Rowlette. I had to pay Ellis $700 to install the heat kit so we could have heat that day as it got down to 10 degrees.
Limitless Premier LLC will rip you off. Tres Rowlette is a crook stay away!

Comments: Terrible service ,never ever will do business with this company,AC stopped working 2-3 days after the service was done and charged us something about 600$ with little explanation of what’s being done.and when contacted I contacted them apparently when he was there in the house ,the Ac was working so why bother coming back to check....doesn’t sound logical right?
we understand you are upset but leaving a review that is not correct is not right. and pictures of your ticket will be uploaded showing you signed the ticket and shows everything explained to you and you we're told what needed to be done before we did the job you said do it even though we said it is not guaranteed and that it really needed to be replaced but you did not go with what we said needed to be done you wanted to cheaper route. cant leave a bad review because you didnt want to listen to us. and even after we did the repairs we gave you 100 off the bill. and I said if you still wanted to do the replacement I would still help you and take the 600 off the bill. cant ask for anything more no we cant give you the money back because we did do the repairs and it was working when we left. this is any business if you go to the mechanic for a repair and he says this part needs to be replaced but you say fix what I got and it breaks hes not going to do it agian for free. I'm sorry.
