Having been through every aspect of building homes from foundation setting, framing, electrical, mechanical install as well as receiving the education needed to design floor plans, I have come to understand the need for every home homeowner I have had the pleasure to encounter.

Work Description: Carpet Repair. Drywall repair and finishing including texture and paint.

Comments: The carpet repair went well. The drywall repair and finishing was not as good as expected. The drywall patchwork seams/joints were visible after the work was completed and the texture didn't quite match the original wall texture. I'll probably have the wall re-finished later by another contractor.

Work Description: Covered Deck and Window Install

Comments: Thomas built a deck with a metal roof for us and did a great job. He is courteous and punctual and takes pride in doing a job well. He pays attention to detail and stays on task all day long. He did such a great job on our deck that we had him back to put a window in for us. He literally had to cut through two walls to add this window. Thomas was patient and worked through many obstacles and now the window looks as if it has always been there. We will definitely have Thomas back for anything we need done in the future!!
