Comments: After several promises of a quote, a week and a half later I've gotten nothing and most recently Kevin doesn't answer his phone or return a message. What is it with Cleveland? It seems no one there has any sense of responsibility. This is an urgent project and all we seem to get are promises and no action. Very disappointed.Massillon OH
