Description: After many years as a general contractor established in 1989, and then a construction supervisor for another company the last 6 years I finally felt it was time to gear down and leave the bigger work behind. Now I have more leisure time for myself but love working with the tools and interacting with new people so it's what am.
Today my only focus is furniture or playground equipment assembly, replacing a new light or fan, replacing switches and receptacles, repairing a leaky toilet or replacing an old dishwasher, repairing rotted wood, hanging a door. I don't hang wallpaper but for some strange reason I like to strip it off walls!
My time building homes, additions, remodeling kitchens, walking on roofs, and dealing with a sizeable overhead are behind me now. My feet will stay on the ground.
