The Legacy Guarantee is us guaranteeing your price, our work, and your satisfaction. While most contractors will take 30% to 50% of a down payment to start your project, we require $0 to $100 to get started.

We believe that when a quote is given, no one should ever be asking for more money throughout. That is why, when we give you a quote, we stick to it throughout the entire project. You will never get a knock on your door asking for more money.

After your roof is installed, we require you to sign a certificate of completion saying that you are satisfied with the install as well as the cleanup. At this point we will collect payment or help set up financing to afford the project.

We believe in putting the customer first and that you should be happy with the work that is done before ever having to pay us.
