Comments: Came out on a weather warning hot day. They really tried their best not to disturb my plants which was everywhere. They came in gangbusters and gother done. They were respectful very courteous to me. THEY REALLY WORKED with me. Will use them again. I had interveiwed several other people and didn't feel safe with them. Comments: The owner will promise a standard width of a driveway but when the workers show up with the concrete truck they don't have enough concrete so they shorten the job and don't offer a refund. They don't even pin the driveway with rebar to the garage floor.Shawnee KS

Comments: I had previously used them for some tree trimming and then reached out for some gutter work. Was told they would be out on Thursday and no one showed up so I reached out and was told they would be there Friday by end of day. Again no one showed up so I reached back out on Monday and told they would guarantee someone that day. Again no one so I reached out Tuesday assured me I was on the books and they would be there that day. No one showed up and no communication. Reached out Wednesday and said if they aren’t interested then tell me and I’ll find someone else. Cameron told me he would be there by the end of the day and they would get it done and take $20 off for the inconvenience. 7 o’clock and no one came I reached back out and no response. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I had used them for tree trimming the. Immediately referred them to my sister who then spent $1000 that day for stump removal. I planned on using them for tree trimming on 3 other trees but never again. A simple gutter cleaning and unprofessionalism has resulted in them losing thousands from my tree trimming as well as my sister who was going to use them again but not will not. Terrible terrible terrible. Do not use them if you actually need something done.Liberty MO

Comments: The company is great and did a wonderful job however one of the employees has been messaging my 15 year old daughter and sending pictures of himself to her. Very disgusting and highly inappropriate. Every time I call the number to speak with a supervisor I get no answer.

Comments: Co-owner tried to get us to spend more money than we wanted. They couldn't finish the job b/c their lift broke down (but they got paid - they said that they would be back in a couple of weeks to finish the job). Name change - It's now called Carter's Tree & Sealcoating. I'm not so sure that I'd use them again.-
