Comments: First, Blong called within a minute of my email request. He then did some trouble-shooting over the phone.He did have to come out - when he did, he fixed the issue quickly. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. In fact, we are planning to use Lee for another project.

Comments: Good service. The last two items took a long time, the service person was at our house for a while...but all was done well. A bit expensive, but I think it was labor cost. Also had to go into our attic, which is partly why this took a while.
