Work Description: Roof Replacement
Comments: Lebolo Roofing was excellent to work with and made the hassle of filing an insurance claim and dealing with my insurance company a breeze! I have allstate and my roof was denied from a hail storm back in 2018 and then again in March of this year. Both hail storms where I had pictures of the hail hitting my house and everyone else who didn't have allstate got approved in my area.... we were working with another contractor on those claims and as soon as we got the denial letter the contactors up and vanished. Mr. Lebolo worked with me personally and explained that it may take some time to get us approved but if there is storm damage he would see to it that our insurance company lived up to our contract. After Lebolo Roofing inspected our roof and documented everything from our gutters to our siding and even our AC outside with pictures they then pulled several storm reports and submitted all of the information to allsate and requested a reinspection on my prior claim so I would not have to file again. Mr. Lebolo came back and met with the adjuster personally on the day of the reinspection. Well allstate had an Engineer specialist come out to represent them and Mr. Lebolo went over every inch of the roof with the Allstate Engineer and was able to get us approved for a roof replacement, gutter replacement, and even got our siding paid for that was damaged from the hail.Once the hard part was over they replaced our roof with architectural shingles and it looks better than we bought it 35 years ago.
