Comments: The contractor has an estimate form that has legal-eze allowing them to charge pretty much whatever they want for labor and other things that come up. They quoted me $35/shrub for shrub removal, but then tacked on 2 hours of labor and a misc charge for spending 5 minutes for trimming a few branches off a 10 ft japanese maple tree that were a "Haz Fee" according to their verbiage. Ended up paying $513 for an estimate of $345. So, basically, when you agree to their estimate, you are writing them a blank check, Also, their business address is a P.O.Fort Thomas KY

Comments: DO NOT HIRE!Hiring Wrightway Lawn & Landscaping was a BIG MISTAKE.
I hired them to cut down/remove a few trees. On 6/15/2022 they dropped one of the trees on top of my fence/gate. In doing so they totally destroyed a 12 foot long, 6 bar, metal Tube Gate and a 12 foot section of wooden horse fencing. It also partially damaged another 12 foot section of wooden horse fencing. He assured me he had insurance and that everything would be repaired/replaced. Weeks later he texted me that it would be another 3 months before any repairs would be done and he stopped replying to any of my texts. On 7/7/2022 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB has made several attempts to resolve this issue with Wrightway, however, Wrightway has not responded to any of the BBB correspondence. My next step is to contact the Attorney General or file a Civil Lawsuit.
