Work Description: MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT RESIDENTIAL DEEP CLEANING
Comments: Was not happy with the prior cleaners. They were not punctual, and services was poorly captured. Mike & Norlyn @ Latino/Pinay took care of my Condo after renting from my last tenants. I requested for a face-to-face walk through, and the estimate was fair within reason. They were, punctual, and honest with dedication for the service that was worth it. They also offered deep carpeting cleaning shampoo services at an additional cost. Overall, I was happy that I did agree. They did a great job my place and re-rented it without any issues immediately. They left the Condo clean, and fresher than it did before, and the carpet looks great! I will use again for sure after discussing possible annual contract they have.

Comments: Great communication, and they are good on detail. Corporate let go the last cleaning company that left serious markings and damaged the carpeting. Mike & Norlyn saved the company from a 3200sqft re-carpeting project cost. Not only did they do a great job, but we have them as a vendor for the company. Their services are reasonable.

Comments: I had someone else, and they didn't do a good job, but I found this new company, and they were totally honest. They did exactly what they promised and did a great job. They went beyond my expectations to my home and sold it without any issues. I will definitely use them again at my new residence. I also introduced them to my medical office for their services.
