Work Description: Replace electric hot water heater
Comments: Keep Lance Maxwell Plumbing away from your property before they vandalize it like they vandalized my house. Lance Maxwell Plumbing is not the first plumber to install an electric hot water heater at my resident. They are the ONLY plumber that DID NOT comply with the Florida Building Code by using a sledge hammer to put a hole in the exterior wall of my house. Lance Maxwell Plumbing does not comply with the Florida Building Code - Plumbing, Chapter 5, Section 504.7.2 states and I quote “Where a pan drain was not previously installed, a pan drain shall not be required for a replacement water heater installation” end quote. Lance Maxwell Plumbing wanted to come back on property to repair the hole however after the vandalism they already did I was not going to give them the chance to do more damage. Just because Lance Maxwell Plumbing has proper credentials for plumbing, they DO NOT comply with the Florida Building Code. A Florida Building Code Inspector did not show up to ensure the work was done to code. Their website states being in business for over 20-years which is a mighty long time to not comply with the Florida Building Code.St. Augustine FL
