Work Description: 2 Slabs patio extension and shed base
Comments: This Lalo guy barely gets a 1 star. I had a concrete patio 10/13 and shed base 8x9 poured. They turned out very wavy and uneven. They didn't even bother to put enough rebar for the shed base.They are both pooling up water and I see rust spots. He promised he will come back and fix if there is any issues. He also promised he will get the sprinkler properly terminated under the slab. Well, I gave him a week to respond, sent him text, messenger message and several phone calls. He has ignored all of them. I even see read receipts not the text. Very unprofessional to say the least. I do not recommend this guy at all. Don't be decieved by fairly good English he speaks and many promises he gives.
Oh he also dumped all the sod and grass he took out on the side of the house, now I have additional drainage problem. His crew of two young brothers and father seemed nice at first, I even provided them lunch and cold drinks because they looked like hard working, honest people. They proved it very wrong.
