Comments: We're assigned them though my home warranty service. They were given my information at the beginning of the week with a follow up that I should be contacted within 24 hours to get my appointment set up. I was never contacted and I had to call them to even schedule the appointment 4-5 days later. I scheduled it for the next week between 8am-12pm. I took off work for the appointment. I was waiting that day and when I hadn't heard from anyone by 1pm, I called them to try and get an update on the status and I was told that they would contact me back after they talked to the plumber. I never did hear anything back over the next few hours. I contacted them about once every hour-hour and a half to follow up on it but it always went to voicemail with me having to leave a voicemail each time. Eventually got a text about 15 minutes before their office was closed saying that they were just now able to get a hold of the plumber and he wasn't going to be able to make it today (which confuses me because my window was 8am-12pm so did they just decide to skip mine or did they not complete any appointments that afternoon). They offered another option to reschedule, which I requested for this afternoon so I wouldn't have to ask off for another day from work. They agreed to that with a window between 12pm-4pm. I rushed home after work this AM to get home and then nobody ever came. I contacted them around 4:15 to ask if anybody was going to come, and I was told again that they would have to contact the plumber and get back to me. I never did hear back from them before they closed. I attempted to call them back around 4:45 before they closed to try and get some type of response but I got a voicemail again. I left another voicemail and never did hear back.So for a summary:
I had to initiate all contact with them (initial scheduling well after the given 24 hour window, to follow up on where my plumber was for the first appointment, and to follow up on where my plumber was the 2nd appointment) with them never even attempting to contact me to let me know if there is a delay or that they wouldn't be able to make it without me consistently asking for updates.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. If you want to use a plumbing company that keeps you in the dark regarding the status of your appointment as well that is unreliable, this is the perfect company to use. Otherwise, I would avoid at all cost
Update: Cody called me and was upset regarding the review. Provided excuses for why they weren't able to make the appointment but not why they weren't able to contact me at any point until I left a bad review. He then implied that it's what I get with a home warranty but their business is the one that agreed to partner with them. Incompetent business

Comments: They sent a service technician. Who broke my kitchen faucet and flooded my entire kitchen. The cabinets got so wet it took days to dry them out. Not only did he brake my faucet, and flood my kitchen , he even broke my sink lose that is a under counter mount. Wanted to cut my cabinets out . I told him that would definitely not happen. Very Very Unprofessional . Then Cody the owner had the guts to call me and started to give me a cussing. But I definitely cut his punk mouth off. Comments: 10/31/23 Lake Water Plumbing did not make any plumbing repair nor did they stop the leak which caused flooding in the restroom and surrounding area of the residence. In addition, the plumbing technician broke open two walls and billed for repair of $200 that did not happen. We called another plumbing company and the leak was found and repaired immediately.Dallas TX

Comments: They scheduled 3 different appointments between 8-12 and NEVER showed up or called on any of them. When they did show up, there was NO plumber and they arrived in a car rather than a company van that would carry all necessary equipment to do an adequate job. I talked with the owner Cody and he said it was unacceptable the way I had been treated and HE assured me he would solve my issue himself if need be. Well, 15 days after my initial request for service, the 2 non plumbers that Cody had dispatched to my home to fix a shower clog, they failed to fix my clog and Cody would not accept my calls. Cody also failed to come and resolve my issue as he promised he would. I had another plumber from a different company show up that day and resolved my issue promptly. Amazing to me how Cody could lie to me on the phone regarding an issue I had with his company?!Hurst TX

Comments: I am still waiting on my receipt for work done to take to the city . It was to have been emailed and have yet to receive it. The people were prompt and had it repaired shortly. I don't know the going rates, but was steep for a senior citizen's budget. Two years in a row I have had a pipe burst during the Christmas Holidays.
