Professional and courteous, James, Martin and their crew thoroughly inspected the job and the property as a whole, sharing with me problems and concerns, all documented with photos and videos. They also presented recommended solutions, potential costs and advantages and disadvantages of each option.
After settling on a statement of work, including chimney repairs plus cracks to the foundation, we signed a contract with detailed descriptions including guarantees, total costs and payment upon satisfactory completion. Throughout the job they kept me informed of their progress and planned next steps. Upon completion they cleaned the worksite.

Comments: We asked to have our house painted bottom to top, including chimney.

Communications were terrible so I asked each of what seemed to be the partners and took a walk around the house to point out specifics to them as we had a few holes in the siding from a wood pecker and some were filled and some were not, upfront I was lead to believe it would be sprayed on it was brushed, the paint major color was to be two coats and only one coat was done,
you can see pin whole through the paint as well as places they did not get painted, there were places that needed filler and again some did and some did not. Trim was painted hit or miss some was white as asked and some was dark gray, when I brought up discrepancies I was told they had spent to much time and had to go. Unfortunatley I was in the hospital during the last half of this project and could not do justice to getting anything through to them.

Comments: Poor work, terrible communication, unclean jobsite, look elsewhere.

Richard and crew were working next door and asked if we needed anything done. Saw reasonable reviews on here, so we discussed fixing our chimney and sealing the driveway.

Driveway: Our driveway is old and has many cracks and I feel sold a bill of goods with what was done. There is disagreement between their and my understanding of the crack filing, so this review will not take that into account and focus on other issues:
-Multiple materials used? See big discoloration patches
-Ants coming through 3x sealant coat in a week?
-Boot footprints from sealant all over concrete pad, I have to point this out, get pushback from Richard, they finally clean
-Overspill of sealant onto concrete pad, amateur lines, not cleaned up, asked multiple times, finally partially removed (still looks awful, see pictures)
-Spray of sealant material onto house siding (how did it get there??), have to point it out, finally cleaned while also removing chunks of paint....requiring me to repaint
-They power wash with the garage door open, get water everywhere inside the garage, no mention while we're home (just knock!), I then need to clean the garage out
-Poor site maintenance, work shirts left in yard, material waste from sealant cans left in flower beds, I have to clean
-No apologies for any other this after pointing it out, "what did you expect it to look like", "it's part of the job"

Roof: No issues so far, no leaks, but will need to wait until winter to evaluate....based on other work quality I have my doubts. Other issues:
-There was no communication that the roof was complete for multiple days, again I have to call them (a simple text would do!)
-There was no cleanup, my back deck was covered in debris, finally I had to clean it up to get our house back.

Final Payment: Scheduled with Richard for Friday, NO SHOW ALL DAY, no text until Sunday. Schedule him to come to again on Sunday...AGAIN NO SHOW AND NO TEXT ALL DAY! Complete waste of a weekend waiting him to show up. Just text if you can't make it, unreal! Finally comes on Monday night, without the correct paperwork, need to spend 20 minutes writing it up, pay and be done with them.

Overall terrible experience, never would work with them again.

Comments: They finally came out (after 2-months of calling) to see how they could correct their issues with the puddles in the asphalt. With several back-and-forth discussions....in the end they are to come back in the spring and remove mostly all of the asphalt and start over, we will see if it really happens or not.

Comments: I hired this company to asphalt my driveway on July 18,2024. The guys doing the work did a terrible job, they didn't know how to grade the slopes to the drains. They had to rip out some of it so it would drain and now has a patch job look. I still have about 6 puddles and a wavy driveway. they said they would come back the next week and correct the puddles, after the week passed, I called back and see why they didn't show up. After about 6 calls / scheduled workdays they never showed up. I just want my driveway done correctly or I guess I'll contact the state licensing office.

However the the guys doing the work did a terrible job they put it down right and now I have a wavy driveway. When I called to complain I spoke to Peter who said he would get back to me yet he never did. I've called three times and they haven't returned my calls as promised. I have the starting contract of Lake Washington and when they left they gave another company's paperwork (Shamrock Construction Seattle) which is not Licensed with the state or L&I. I just want my driveway done correctly or I guess I'll sue.
