Work Description: Replace gas water heater with electric
Comments: I should’ve reported them to LLC but, I’mLucky my house didn’t explode.
Replaced gas water heater with electric and didn’t cap off gas line. Started smelling gas while sipping morning coffee on front porch. Didn’t hesitate to call them and report it only to be told “oh well; that happens”’ with no action to make it right. Called Dominion Energy and they sent their guy out and he immediately capped it off within 24 hrs.
On top of that I was charged maximum amount for heater and can’t take a hot bath or shower for more than eight minutes. I trusted this contractor to purchase a heater to accommodate my hygiene practices.
Must’ve been a grand profit while my life was left in jeopardy!
Try saying “oh well” to a clients family upon their death due to lack of professional work ethics.
