Work Description: I am in the process of selling my home. The general home inspector wanted me to install baffles, insulation and soffit vents in attic roof area to prevent ice damming and icicle formation.
Comments: The proprietor of this company, Jeff Norwood, is an exceptionally professional, honest individual. He called me within 1 hour of my Networx request, and came to my home on a Sunday during his personal time, to quote the work in my home. He actually told me that the work the inspector was requiring was unnecessary, much to my surprise. Even though Mr. Norwood's quote was reasonable for the work, I decided not to have the work done based on his recommendation. I am so glad there are still honest people in the world, as Mr. Norwood could have easily just quoted me and performed work that was not needed. I will definitely keep him in mind for future roofing, construction or remodeling needs in my new home. I was impressed.Cleveland OH
