Work Description: Roof Replacement
Comments: Don’t get scammed out of your money! Hiring this company has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I mean this has sadly cost me thousands of dollars and is still causing me issues years later. So, back in 2016 I hired Homage Exteriors to do a complete roof replacement. I was told that my purchase came with a 10-year warranty. In 2018 I started to receive damage to one of my bedroom ceilings due to some leakage from the roof. I called the company for 2 weeks with no response. I finally obtained a response after filing a complaint with the BBB and they got a hold of Bob Homage, who is the owner of the company. (Or at least that was what I was told). I was able to schedule an appointment with the company and Bob no called and no showed. I then tried to contact the company several times and did not receive a response. I then had to contact the person working on my BBB complaint and they Bob returned my call. Eventually the work was completed. Fast forward to now, I am once again receiving damage to my ceilings from the roof. I tried to contact the company and obtained no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they also obtained no response. So now my options are to bite the bullet or take them to court. So, unless you want terrible work that cannot go more than 2 to 4 years without needing repairs, with a company that will not honor it’s warranty, then I suggest you go with literally anyone else. This roof has caused thousands of dollars’ worth of damage to the inside of my home, in which I now need to pay someone else to fix this companies poor pathetic work.-
