Work Description: repair work from flooding
Comments: Carlos LaGrange oversaw the repair of water damage at my parents home in San Marcos. He worked on the house and subcontracted out others to work with him. After his work, my parents home flooded even worse than before during a recent rain storm because the work was done improperly. It also turns out that he did not get proper city permits and didn't go through the right processes to ensure everything was done to code. Sadly, this all happened while my father was in a coma from a stroke and my mom and I did not have the energy or ability to follow up on him as we were at the hospital all day everyday for months, so we trusted him to do everything correctly. Upon notifying him that the house flooded and that his work was not done correctly, he hung up on my mom. Now we are forced to seek legal council. Very sad that people can be so terrible. Avoid this unethical company.

Work Description: Langrange Construction built an add on, including a new kitchen, new bathroom, and extended my bedroom.
Comments: I am so happy with the work they have done for me that I can whistle. Carlos is very well respected in the industry.-
