Comments: I’m a loyal customer the last company I used for over 11 years until the owner passed away. I thought I found the perfect AC company and they were when they first came out. Since that time it’s been downhill. I called Robert to do a maintenance on the AC because I’d like to do it every single year, he came out because my AC was not blowing cold enough air, but he came out with Freon which I guess it needed a little bit of Freon but he didn’t do anything else. He didn’t plan on doing anything else he was going out to dinner. He told me he would be back out the next day to actually , maintain my AC he never showed. He did this to me seven times and I have the text messages to prove it would say I’ll see you on Monday but he won’t give a time and when I send him a text message I have an iPhone I can see that he’s read my text messages. I was kind I gave them ice teas. Drinks made sure that they were comfortable at my home Because that’s just who I am. I called him on a Friday. Thought I’d give them one more chance even though they stood me up for a year and he said I’m at a gig. I’ll see you on Monday. Well, this sounded really familiar because he never gave me a time just like the last time he did this to me. So I wrote him on Sunday And asked him what time on Monday he would be getting to my home because it’s only respectful that you give people an estimation of time so this set off another red flag for me. I wake up. I see that he read my text messages both of them and refused to respond for no reason . Robert has wasted 14 hours of my time by texting waiting. I even said if you don’t want to be my AC guy anymore, just let me know and I’ll find someone else to which he assured me that he would be at my home. Well, today is Monday. He read my texts and he decided not to respond again , I don’t like to give negative reviews but this is uncalled for I don’t know what’s going on with this company, but I would not recommend them to anyone. They used to be a great company and now they don’t care about their customers at all if you need your AC repaired, I encourage you to look elsewhere .Orlando FL

Comments: I have lived in Orlando for over 36 years I have come across many many many AC companies. I have to say in all honesty this company is the best company I have had the pleasure to use. Did such a thorough job showed me what was wrong and I’m gonna be honest I felt guilty in paying them what I did. They spent the whole day out here were other companies would’ve ripped me off which many many have this is the only company and the only time in my life I felt like I should’ve paid more. Thank God for this company. I am not a rich individual I am not a poor individual either way this company is honest they have integrity they do a good job and I will never use anyone else ever. Comments: We were away for the weekend and an emergency come up in our rental properties, a new AC and furnace needed to be replaced immediately. We called around for a few quotes but L&K AC repair was the only one who came the same day to check out the house (after 5pm!) and replaced the AC the following day. He was very professional, on-time and a great quote.This is what superb customer service is and I definitely
