Comments: Lenny was awful. We called on a Monday morning and he was there in an hour. We had an above ground pipe in our pool room that blew from the ice. He took a look at it and then shut off the water. He charged us $250 for simply shutting off the water and then left. He was gone within 15 minutes. Avoid this man at all costs.UPDATE 3/13/22
Came in; 5 minutes, were out. How much did they ask for? $250. I understand people need to make money, but don't rob people for simply turning a handle.

He was on his way home after he was done for the day but he turned his truck around and was at my house twenty minutes later. Comments: These guys—father Lenny and son Dante—were fantastic! I desperately needed help for frozen pipes. I called several places and got either no answer or that they were too busy to come.Lenny and Dante happened to be in the area and they came over within a half hour of my call. They worked with my slab ranch, with pipes overhead. They rigged up fan and heater (that they had to locate in my outdoor shed since I’m temporarily disabled.) They solved the problem and within 30 minutes I had water!
I’ve had plumbing problems over the years but this was the best plumbing service I’ve ever experienced. They cared about my situation and made sure everything was ok before they left.

Comments: I can't tell you how satisfied we were with Lenny and his son. They came on short notice to install a dishwasher that arrived an hour before schedule. (8:00) AM, instead of 9:00. It was a real cluster as the old dishwasher was installed when the house was built (1986) and was built into the cabinetry. Even after spending a lot of extra time, they kept to their quoted price.
