Verna, you are correct I did rebuild your deck and it looked great to everyone i showed pictures to. The part that is not being said here is that you conveniantly waited till i was done with this jobto tell me i could not come back to finish the job. i had made arrangements with you to come back and complete this job and yes i did have other commitments after your job and things that were out of my control that set me back ony scheduleing and put me into a week i had booked solid. As for the gas line being cut i was not made aware that if i dug along the original fence line that there was an existing live gas line that was ran under a post that your husband almost hit as well when he put the old fence in. I would have no idea that there would be a gas line there and after i hit it was the only time that you had said anything about an old garage heater you had gas running to in your garage. i do not beleive that anyone charged you 700.00 unless you can provide me a receipt proving this then it is imperative your being truthful on social media. so A: you ripped me off for over half the amount that i will deal with civilly the way i deam fitB: you would not allow me to come back to finish the job that was pretty well done and you were happy with the work until it came time to pay for it so obviuosly it does not take a sience major to know what you had intended. I already had given you a 350 dolkar didcount for the gas line on your bill and you did not pay that amount neither. I excepted my half of the gas line which i feel was your obligation to at least make me aware that there was a shallow dug gas line in the first place but i hit it and gave you 350 dollars off of your bill for that. C: if you have an inspection done and you find that indid not do something correctly which i beleive that i did not do anything that was not code and unless you have some solid evidence of this please refrain from talking about things your neighbor thinks he knows because i have a feeling that is who is tellimg you this and he is wrong because i never installed any woll that touched your house remember i used the frame that your husband built so i know that is not truthful and how would i know what your husband did???? as for the siding you are leaving out the fact that you told me that your siding guys were coming over and you told me not to worry about it because they owed you. i also gave you a 75 dollar discount for that as well so i hardly did not care about the damage because it cost me dearly. you gave me only half of that job that i had my money inested into buying supllies and gas. You are not being truthful which i am not goimg to let it bother me i knew you would pull this anyways the way you talk about others is truly shown on your need to go on every website and lie about my work when you wait until the contractor is done with the work and is scheduled to come back to take care of amy complaints which i was there 3 times already doing little things that you were nitpicking to peices which is fine but im not coming back all summer because you want to sit and nitpick everything. Why dont you post a picture of the deck so everyone can see how nice it looks instead of making things up to justify to yourself that it was ok to rip me off. no wonder your job is incomplete
