Description of complaint:
Please note the attachments/ estimate and all text
conversations. Company viewed work at my home to be
done prior to providing estimate/ lost power of all electrical
outlets in kitchen dining area and sun porch / major
appliances of kitchen refrigerator and stove were hooked to
electrical outlet in basement via extension cord. Made clear
these were the major outlets to be repaired. Received
estimate consistent with others received authorized work.
Note times on text messages. Did not arrive until a little
before 9 and completed work at 12:52 (received phone call
which I have record of indicating job was complete).
Contractor indicated all work was complete and I paid the
$466.00 listed in estimate. Contractor left and I went to turn
on stove and discovered outlet was not working. Called
within 10 minutes to inform Mr. Price stove was not working

and he became argumentative because he did not
complete the work he was contracted to do and told me he
was on another job and when he completed that job he
would return to my location (see text messages). I
responded that it was not a good time yet I would make
myself available at his convenience the following week to
return (see text message). Scheduled for Monday
09/4/2023 between 10am and 11am (time and date set by
Mr. Price of KPH Design) see attached text messages.
NEVER SHOWED NEVER TEXTED NEVER CALLED.
Discovered upon checking all outlets (which I should have
done before I paid him) and there are 2 other outlets in the
dining room that are not working). CONTRACT SAYS AT
COMPLETION OF JOB ALL OUTLETS WOULD BE
