Work Description: This job was a clean up yard for an unoccupied house and although he was told that the cut yard had that been cut since last summer or the beginning of fall, and he was also informed that there was an adjacent yard, that also needed to be attended to provided vendor with pictures of the property as it looked at the end of last year’s summer season and although told all of the specifics in regards to the yard and the job being hired for a vendor, gave a price of $190 which included trimming the hedges once vendor arrived at the location he demanded that he be compensated immediately, and after he was informed that no payment would be given prior to work being performed he decided to proceed with the requested I at least pay half upfront I explain to him that I would not pay upfront until work has been performed.
