Comments: The price he quoted over the phone was 25 percent less than other plumbers. However, alter he completed the sewer line cleaning, the actual price on his invoice was the same or higher than estimates from other plumbers. When asked why his invoice was 25% higher than the cost quoted over the phone, he explained that he need to open up two access points into the sewer main rather than one -which was the basis of his quote. I hear what he is saying, but I was not impressed with his less than accruate price quote.

Work Description: Floor drain backing up and kitchen sink clogged

Comments: I have used him before very pleased with his work. He has worked on a toilet that was clogged called help out. Because my floor drain was backing. Also, my kitchen line was clogged, came over and explained everything very professional.
Went downstairs to the basement. With his equipment Unclogged the main line first But he did explain that may not help with the kitchen sink being clogged. Explain that it is on a separate line by itself.
He was able to unclogg the mainline Test it several times with a machine that jets water inside the line to see if it will fill back up and also clean the floor drain as well and cleaned up. His work area proceeded to go upstairs and work on the kitchen sink.
You something like a jet? I think he called it to jet the line out To clear drain line ran water for quite some time in kitchen drain.
There was no signs of backing up and he also cleaned up his work area. And charged a reasonable price and even put a guarantee on his work.

Comments: I dropped a comb and they t able to catch it before wink completely down the drain Was starting to panic and then Iremembered Karl the He had did work for a friend of mine's. He came over.
Told us it would be a flat rate and everything He needed to do. He explained very well. He pulled out his machine and was able to unclog the toilet and also get the comb out of the toilet as well. Tested it several times before he left very good work, very professional. Would definitely be using him again.
