Comments: Very unprofessional! We were overcharged by about $3000 but upon bringing our concern to the attention of the owner, he not only kept the money but insulted us as well for daring to complain about the job costing so much. Pathetic. It's not unusual to get ripped off on home repair, but this was beyond unacceptable behavior by the owner, who it turns out is a petty, obtuse, coward. Don't give him your business.
I would like to highlight that you expressed no concerns with the finished product. We left the property clean and just like we found it minus the contracted upgrades. That is why you paid us in full when we completed the job. I'm sorry to hear that you did not like my decision to not re-negotiate the contracted price after the project was complete. That's not how a contract works, You got multiple quotes and accepted my offer in writing.We fulfilled the contract and you paid in full the day of completion. My contracted price was $6,000 less than my competitors, we finished ahead of schedule and met all your expectations. You had no punch list, we showed up on time everyday, we were respectful to you and your neighbors. I have never had a customer who complained that we worked to hard in the dead of summer. I do apologize for such a smooth flowing project and for finishing early.
