Comments: I saw an ad for Ross Services in one of the home magazines, and rather than go through a lot of research and unreturned calls, I took a chance and called them. Barry Richter returned my call about fifteen minutes later, and came to my house the next day. I did check them out and they had no complaints with the BBB or other companies. Ross Services performed above expectations and the workers were very accommodating, even returning when the job was done to replace one stone slab that my wife liked better than what was put down originally.I saw an ad for kenaco in one of the home magazines, and rather than go through a lot of research and unreturned calls, I took a chance and called them. Barry’s customer service was exemplary. He was very professional, always answered my calls, or returned them within a very short time. He was very nice to deal with, and a man of his word doing whatever was needed to get the job done. I highly recommend Kenaco and would definitely use them again. And Barry would be my go-to guy.
