Comments: This business is an absolute scam!!! Ed came to our house in 2021 to discuss a total home renovation. We liked him, he seemed to know his stuff. He then chose a contractor for our job (Alex Duque from ADS Renovation Group) and told us we need to put our $32,000 deposit down ASAP. We did. Ed made a lovely 10% off that $32k and never looked back. My family got all our drawings, approvals, variances etc to move forward with our project, even moved everything out of our house to get started only to find out that Alex (who ED chose to do our renovation) isn't even a licensed contractor and has been accused of insurance fraud on multiple occasions! Ed will claim he no longer does business with him anymore but how many families have to loose thousands of dollars and their homes to these evil people! Wheres our money ED!?!?!?!?Nutley NJ

Comments: BEWARE! Hired Edmour Armond Giguere in winter of 2020. Ed came to our house, and met with our family. Said all the right things, was very charming, and he seemed knowledgeable. He signed us up with Alex Duque (ADS Renovation Group), formerly known as Petra Management Companies. 2yrs passed and absolutely no work was done to our house. At the time Ed said he was the "project manager", and would oversee the whole operation. This is false, as he was not involved at all after the contract was signed, and didn't oversee a damn thing. He simply took his commission check and went MIA. He also KNOWINGLY hooked us up with Alex, who is in fact, NOT a licensed contractor. Alex and Ed have been a team for many years now, cheating clients, and stealing their hard earned money. They talk a good talk, collect money upfront, then disappear. Ed has been doing this for years. Quick money, easy cash. We have spoken to associates who have formerly worked with Ed and they told us after the contract has signed he says " Can you smell the money!" What a disgrace. Please do your research as there are multiple lawsuits out against him, Alex Duque, Remodeling Network, and ADS Renovation. Please pay the $15 and do a thorough background check. He has been sued multiple times, and has a friend who is his bankruptcy lawyer trying to keep him afloat. Do not trust this man. He will scam you and take all your money. My family has been in contact with 10 families who he has done this to. He has been reported to Consumer Affairs, The Attorney General, and the police.
We contacted Ed, after our contractor lied to us and gave us excuses. He said he is no longer associated with him (Alex Duque of ADS renovations) and said "if we don't sue him, he will help up find the right contractor to finish our job" Well, we aren't about to pay even more $ to finish, and CORRECT the horrible job that Alex did. Ed is 100% liable for all of this, as he vouched for and signed us up with Alex. He knew all along Alex was not qualified, and has had numerous complaints against him way before he signed us up with him. He did not care. He still did this to collect his commission check upfront.
Because of Ed, my family is out of more than $50K. Our house failed inspection with flying colors. Our roof is in danger of collapsing because of Alex and his unlicensed workers/company. Our house is in absolute shambles because of ED & ALEX. We have been putting together all the information, along with the other families that this happened to, and will be going to the media, and all major news outlets. Get your popcorn ready. STAY AWAY!

Comments: Ed connected us with a contractor and disappeared. A rehab that should have taken 3-4 months wasn't done after 9 months, AND STILL ISNT DONE. I had to fire the contractor and hire someone else and spend even more money. I thought Ed was going to manage the contractors but he did not. He told me on the phone he has 14 other flips going and his "hourly rate is very high"I will never work with Ed again and I am disappointed I even trusted him in the first place. He took the commission to connect me and the contractor and disappeared.

Comments: I found Remodeling Network LLC on line. I live in Georgia and wanted to help mu Uncle get his bathroom remodeled. My concern was he was older and I wanted to find a company who I could trust do the work for him since I live a 1000 miles away. I must say Remodeling Network was great. I spoke to Ed he spoke to me understood my concerns and found a great contractor in his network which not only did a great job but the price was very fair. Comments: I found remodeling Network on line and was impressed on how they operate. The company has a network of licensed contractors which do all different phases of home remodeling. When I called the office, I spoke to Ed and told him I had a retaining wall that was leaning and if someone could come out to take a look. I met Ed and he looked at the wall and told me the original contractor failed to install proper drainage. The good news was he said I could reuse my retaining wall blocks. He called a excavator on his network and met out at my home. I got his price he was 10,000.00 less. The job came out great. Comments: Ed and his team at the Remodeling Network did such a great job on our bathroom that we had them do our kitchen afterwards. Ed is a great designer and saved us money by not having to go to separate designers which would have cost us thousands. Plus he knows so much about construction that he quickly saw and highlighted both the obstacles and opportunities to completely remodel both our bathroom and kitchen. As a result, both are now centerpieces in our house and friends and family flip out when they see the work we did. Ed is responsive and accessible and was there to help out when we hit the inevitable construction snags.We're very pleased with the work that was done and we wouldn't hesitate to hire Ed and his crew again for future work.

Comments: I've been working with Ed and Remodelling Network for the past six months. Ed has assisted me from the beginning, by accompanying me on initial property showings to help me determine a reasonable offer, based on the estimated cost of renovations and repairs. Once I selected a property for my fix and flip project, Ed consulted with contractors from his Network, who performed a separate walkthrough of the property, to provide us with a firm estimate based on the scope of work that we agreed on. Ed's estimates were Right on Target and in some cases Ed was able to negotiate a lower price with the vendors from his Network.Once the project was underway, Ed made regular visits to the work site to monitor the status of the project and he provided me with progress photos on a weekly basis. Ed created a comprehensive payment schedule based on the scope of work to be performed at every stage of the project, and advised me when it was appropriate to release payment to the contractors or when we should hold our payment back until certain additional work was completed. Ed handled any issues that arose with the contractors regarding the pace at which they were working or the quality of their work.
Our estimated turnaround time for completion of the project was 8 weeks. Due to significant amounts of rain that delayed our work on the exterior of the property, and an unexpected plumbing issue, we were able to complete the project in 10 weeks. The "plumbing issue" involved a leaking water heater that required us to replace the water heater and the ceiling in the room below it. Notwithstanding that additional, unexpected repair, Ed kept our project on budget by re-prioritizing other items in our overall scope of work.
Ed resolves about 75% of the headaches that comes with the Fix and Flip business. If you're thinking about investing in real estate, but the construction aspect of it is holding you back, please, please consider Ed and Remodeling Network.
