Comments: This was a great company to work with from the beginning to the end. We had water in our family room and K2 came out within a week of scheduling and helped me determine where the crack was. Once I was able to find the water source, I scheduled service and they were there within a week.Found that a prior repair that I knew nothing about had gone bad. Made a small trench in the wall, removed some plastic that was there, filled in with hydraulic cement, and then finished up with the epoxy sealant. In and out in a few hours. Waited 3 days and did the hose test and everything was bone dry. Great to work with and I would definitely recommend K2 ProBuild

Comments: I Hired K2 ProBuild to help us with a water seepage issue in my basement, as well as installing a new sump pump and battery backup system. They came out for a quote and took a look at my situation, gave some great insights and came up with a reasonable plan to get the issues fixed. They were focused on fixing my issue in the most efficient manner and were not trying to sell me anything I didn't need.
