Comments: Disappointing experience with Juan Sosa Irrigation. Beware of this company! I would not recommend using their services.I used them for new gutter install, new downspouts, new gutter guar, new fascia, new soffit, new custom metal wrap, Jchannel install. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the main issues I encountered.
1. Poor communication: I have difficulty reaching customer service. Telephone calls are not returned. If they do respond by text, then they will promise to come out but do not show up. And you never hear from them. For example, I texted them regarding the custom metal wrap came loose in December 2024. When they finally texted back, they said they would place me on the schedule. They did not show up on the scheduled date nor did they contact me. I reached out by text again on January 24, 2025 and someone texted that I was on the schedule but somehow my appointment was overlooked. I was told in this text that they would put me on the schedule and come out on 1/30/25. They did not come out but later that evening I get a text from someone stating they got behind on a job but that Juan Sosa wanted to make it right. They stated they would be out on 2/1/25 but of course, they did not show up nor was I notified.
2. Service quality: The service provided did not meet the standards. The custom metal wrap has come loose and is protruding from the fascia. I want the issue resolved especially since they offer a lifetime warranty!
3. Unresolved issues: Despite raising my concerns, Juan Sosa has not taken any steps to right the wrong. The lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I want my issue resolved!
I hope Juan Sosa Irrigation takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their communication and service quality.

I have reached out on numerous occasions by text to ask for them to come out and fix the issue. To which I get a response we'll put you on the schedule, but the crew does not show up for scheduled time. When I reach out again then I always get an excuse but not results.
The more recently times I reached out by text was in December and was told I would be put on the schedule. Well clearly, I wasn't. I reached out just last week (1/24/25) and was told I was on the schedule for December but my appointment was overlooked. Then they were to come out on 1/30/25 and of course they did not come. This time someone texted to say they would come out on Saturday, 2/2/25 and of course they did not come nor did they notifiy me.
I paid several thousands of dollars for aforementioned services which Juan Sosa said he and his crew could do. I want my issues resolved!
I hope Juan Sosa Irrigation & gutter services takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their communication and service quality.

Work Description: New gutter installation
Comments: Would not recommend using their services. My project was quoted (and paid for) with 6 downspouts; they only installed 5. I contacted the office the same day as the install (June 11, 2021) and she indicated she would mail my refund out when she returned to the office. I called and emailed her several times thereafter and received the same response. Two months later she stopped taking my calls. At which point I resorted to communicating through this (Home Advisor) site. I informed them that if I did not receive a response I would escalate my complaint and seek assistance retrieving my refund. The company representative said she would overnight my refund. However, I still have not received anything. Further communication with the representive resulted in frustration. As the lady was nasty, short, and unconcerned about righting their wrong. I am still waiting on a refund check after several months since the project was initiated. Customer Service has been rude, smart alecky, and deceptive. Beware of this company.-
