Comments: I cannot express how pleased I am with Javier at JNR Electric! I pulled the chain on my ceiling fan to turn off the light and the whole chain pulled out of the fan into my hand! I searched for a repair person and Javier was the first to call. I'm SO glad he did! Rather than trying to sell me a whole new fan, like another electrician tried to do, he said he would try to fix it first, and he did! He was there when he said he would be and his charge was very reasonable. I appreciate that he tried the least expensive option before moving on to more expensive ones. Comments: I am writing this review on behalf of JNR Electrical. I highly recommend this company and feel very fortunate to have met this electrician . It was by chance that I came upon “Networx” and filled in the information requesting help. With in minutes of pressing submit my phone rang and it was JNR . The electrician introduced himself and asked questions related to my problem. He was very willing to work with my time schedule and very good with communicating with me through out the day . We were finally able to meet at the problem site and JNR went to work diagnosing the problem and coming up with a solution we were both agreeable to. JNR went to work and was able to take care of the problem. The man had done his research from photos he requested I take and send to him...thus saving me time and money.. Because of his professionalism and expertise, I have asked him to help with several other electrical issues found in my 80 year old home. We are soon to go from 1970’s floresescents to modern LED. Comments: I can not say enough how happy and pleased I am with JNR electric. Minutes after requesting help, I received a call from JNR and was able to discuss the electrical trouble I was having. I was told JNR would look into the matter...he had me take pictures of the electrical panels in question and send them to him. He continued keeping the communication going through-out the day until we were finally able to connect at the problem site. He then examined and analyzed and recommended several paths to take..We agreed and he went to work. I am fortunate that the problem was taken care of and will be having JNR electric return and update the lighting in my 80 year old house. I so appreciate the communication and concern given.
