Unlike many of his competitors, the Principal, Norman Ball, is a Project Management Professional (#1265427), with state and national certifications in Mold Inspection and Remediation from the NAMP and Moisture Management & Control through the Building Sciences Corporation (BSC). He obtained his MBA in Finance from George Washington University and, prior to his home improvement career, served as a Program Manager for many large-scale efforts in the IT and telcommunications industries. JNE is also an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm.
