Work Description: Dreadful experience!
Comments: Do NOT hire this man... I truly feel he is a scammer! I contacted owner Jonathan Bombard regarding an outdoor leaky facet and a squirrel in the roof of my tenant house. He was completely UNPROFESSIONAL, CRUDE, DISTASTEFUL and very off-putting. My daughter and her two toddlers reside in the home and my daughter found him so personally unfavorable that she requested that I made sure he didn't return.As to the leaky facet, Mr Bombard advised that I needed all new plumbing!! I just bought the house in December with a professional inspection of the entire house completed. Mr. Bombard must have thought he was dealing with a dumb woman with whom he felt he could take advantage? Is he that desperate for work that he has to try to take advantage of a grandmother?!?
I specifically asked Mr. Bombard to not discuss with my daughter the manner in which he would evict the rodent yet he disgusted her with detail of NECK BREAKING etc! Who expected someone to be so CLASSLESS wand DISGUSTING with a young mother and her children?!
This man THREATENED me with retaliation after I called him out on his inappropriate behavior.. in writing no less! He tried to say that I owed him $75 for just showing up, which was never discussed! He was at the house for only a few minutes, working on the same street, upset my daughter, tried to convince me I needed all new plumbing, quoted me $200 to spray off the porch roof of leaves... karma will surely have to visit this poor excuse of a human being.
Mr. Bombard quoted me over $1,800 to remove the squirrel... Meercat is doing it for $1,200 AND is closing the area where entry was made. Mr. Bombard had "no idea" how the squirrel got in yet it is so obvious with an open soffit. He also stated to my daughter that the squirrel was in duct work in a vent over the living room when there was NO duct work in the ceiling at all. It is incredulous that this man thought we were so ignorant. He should be so ashamed!
Save yourself some time and aggravation by staying clear of this guy and his so-called business.
